Join us for some egg-straordinary egg-speriments this April, at Fun Science Cheltenham’s Easter Holiday Science Club! Trained fun scientists will lead three days of egg-splosions, egg-scavations and el-egg-tricity, ideal for ages 4-11!

We’re offering whizzes, pops and bangs to keep children entertained, while stimulating their curiosity about the world and its wonders.

All sessions will be run in line with current government guidelines and best practice to ensure maximum safety, and come with a refund guarantee if new restrictions limit our ability to go ahead as planned.

Where? Badgeworth Village Hall, Badgeworth (between Cheltenham and Gloucester).

When? Monday 12–Wednesday 14 April, 10 a.m.–3 p.m.

Price? £25 per child per day.

IMPORTANT: Due to children needing to remain in one ‘bubble,’ we cannot accept bookings for fewer than two days.

THE ITINERARY*: See below for a breakdown of our Easter holiday programme.

  • Mon 12: In this egg themed session we will be exploding eggs, fizzing eggs and experimenting with bouncy eggs! Additional experiments will include growing Easter marshmallows and using forensic techniques to complete an Easter egg hunt.
  • Tue 13: Physics is phantastic! Learn about physics by eating candy floss! Become a bubble-ologist, make a lava lamp, discover non-Newtonian fluids and make hydrophobic paintings…
  • Wed 14: This session is all about smelly potions, strange illusions, odd sounds and tricking our brains. Children will be nutty about neurones by the end of this session and may even be able to trick their grownups’ senses when they get home!

* Itinerary is subject to change depending on current safety restrictions and other factors.
